Living on the farm
Staying on a farm is the most authentic way to experience South Tyrol and get to know its character and charm. Tradition, close contact with nature, real friendliness. A place to relax, switch off and enjoy life without worries. Our comfortable and well-equipped holiday apartments offer plenty of space and can easily accommodate up to 4 people. Minimum stay:
- All year round: 3 nights
(for a 3-night stay in low season the high season prices apply) - August, Christmas and Carnival: 7 nights
Please not that a reservation is only considered binding after receipt of a deposit; the amount payable will vary according to the length of your stay. In the event of cancellation, your deposit will be retained.
Terms and conditions of cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. The Italian consumer protection code does not include a right of withdrawal. However, we do apply the following cancellation conditions to rental of our apartments:
- For cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival date: we will only withhold the deposit.
- For cancellations up to 14 days prior to arrival date: we will charge 50% of the total price.
- For cancellations within 7 days of arrival date: we will charge 90% of the total price of the booking.
- Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. (please notify us of any delay)
- Check-out: before 9:30 a.m. (option of late check-out on request)

- Village centre with restaurants about 10 minutes away

Experience life on a farm
Touch, watch, try out, join in. Enjoy all the delights of living on a farm. You can do this here at the Lechnerhof: a farm with its own cheese dairy, managed by the Schuster family for many generations. The beauty of a family business is that everyone makes their own contribution, and does so with enthusiasm. A genuine experience of farm life in a relaxed atmosphere, with pleasant chats with other people and the friendly company of animals.
We value our origins: our guests can enjoy farm products such as fresh eggs, aromatic herbs from the garden, and potatoes when in season. Wholly organic and grown in a sustainable way.

- Not to be missed: the Vedrette di Ries-Aurina Nature Park, either on foot or by bike
- Green alpine meadows and rare plant species: hike from our farm to the Rasun-Anterselva biotope
- Deep blue alpine lakes: a walk around the lakes of Anterselva, Dobbiaco or Braies
- Rugged mountains and the UNESCO World Heritage site: enjoy a scenic tour of the Dolomites, or head straight to the Three Peaks
